responsible for module design, coding, unit testing, program
documentation, providing assistance during system and integration
testing and defect resolution.

technical documentation.
- A database
developer is usually responsible for any type of
development
work involving data access layer development including creating SQ queries and and database stored procedures;

administrators are staffed by specialists who are
responsible for creating all
development and test database environments and for building the
development/test databases.

administrator is also responsible for maintaining user access to all
development environments including any project related repositories
such as data model repositories and project documentation repositories.
Quality
